30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at (Web-mail Or Contact Mail). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at [email protected]
RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
Change Of Mind or Decision:
Change of Mind is not acceptable. No return Or Refund will be Processed.
REFUND :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed on the next payment run and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Depending on your payment method it may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
Postage costs are non-refundable. Only the item's cost will be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
